Martin Doan, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Martin has been a senior advisor and workshop lecturer in areas of Industrial/Organizational Behaviors, Strategic Management and Quantitative Analysis for numerous training programs set up by private and joint-stock companies as well as university settings such as Vietnam National University in Hanoi. Martin is also founder, managing director of QV Marine, JSC, specializing in crude oil transport. Martin holds a BA in Psychology from Olivet Nazarene University, Illinois, and M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Psychology from City University of New York, USA.

William H. Davidson, Co-founder, Board Director
In 1984, Bill founded MESA Inc., a management consulting firm acquired by Deloitte & Touche in 1996. MESA clients included more than half of the US Fortune 100, and numerous global corporations. Bill has been actively involved in the Asian arena for many years. He was a founding faculty member of the Dalian Institute, formed as a result of one of the US-China protocols of 1984 to educate China’s senior leaders in market economics and capitalism. Bill was also a founding faculty member of the US Japan Friendship Society. He earned an AB in economics, an MBA, and a doctorate in Business Administration, all from Harvard University.

Henry D Fahman, Board Director
Henry is the founder and Chairman of Providential Holdings, an international M&A and financial advisory management company. Prior to Providential Holdings, Henry was investment advisor and investment banker with AG Edwards, Livingston Securities, and Providential Securities. Henry Fahman holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from University of California at Berkeley. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program, Harvard University. He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University.

Debbie Dang, Director
Debbie has experience as a consultant for Snap-On Tools, Inc. and is acting vice-chairperson for GSMDM, a US non-profit organization focused primarily on raising the healthcare standards in the underserved parts of Vietnam. Debbie received her BS in Computer Science from the California State Polytechnic University of Pomona and her MBA from the California State University of Long Beach, USA.

Camden C. Danielson, Executive Advisor
Cam developed the Global Partnership for Executive Development, a joint venture program between the Kelley School of Business and INSEAD. Cam is currently the director of the Global Leadership Program. His background includes 20 years leading the office of executive education at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. Cam received a B.A. in Classical Studies from the University of Kansas, a Medieval Studies Certificate and an M.A. in English Literature from Indiana University. He is an alumnus of the Monroe Institute Gateway and Guidelines Programs the Xerox Middle Management Program, and the American Center for International Leadership US-USSR Exchange Program.

François Dupuy, Executive Advisor
Prior to his appointment as Chairman of Mercer Delta France, François was a Professor of Management at the Kelley School of Business Indiana University, and Affiliate Professor of Psycho-sociology of Organizations at INSEAD, Fontainebleau France. In 1984, he created and developed his first consulting company, Stratema/SMG (1984-1995). François received a BA in History from La Sorbonne in 1969, a BA in Political Science at the Institut d Etudes Politiques de Paris (1971). He also graduated from the Salzburg seminar in American Studies in 1974 and the Paris School of Journalism in 1971.

Anil Sachdev, Executive Advisor
Anil is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grow Talent Right Management. His consulting experience in India and across the world covers areas such as talent management, strategic change and organizational transformation. Anil has held several public offices such a Chairman of National Committee on Industrial relations and Regional Committee on Human Resource Development of Confederation Indian Industry. He was also the President of the National HRD Network of Delhi. He has received several National Awards including “The HR Professional of the Year.” His biography appears in “Who’s Who of the World” published by Marquis in 1991.

Barry Leskin, Executive Advisor
Barry has been the VP of Human Resources for three Fortune 500 Companies, Chief Learning Officer for multibillion dollar organizations, and served as Chairman of the Management & Strategy Department at the University of Southern California, School of Business. He was responsible for the start-up of the USC Executive MBA program, ranked 6th in the US by Business Week in its 3rd year. Barry authors the column “Myth and Reality in Human Resource Management” for the San Jose Business Journal. He is a Board member of the Special Olympics and the East Bay Leadership Foundation and the co-founder of the Bay Area Executive Development Network.

Frederick A Cardin, COO
Dr. Frederick (Rick) Cardin is the founder of Harvard Growth Strategies. Rick has been a Director of the Cambridge Research Institute, and also held a faculty position in International Finance at the Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors of Whitney Information Networks. Rick earned his MBA and Doctorate in Finance from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, and a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude from Tufts University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
